Original option "Zero Dead Volume" / Solenoid Valve

Patent obtained! Diaphragm valve with zero internal volume structure "Zero Dead Volume". Reduces liquid retention and saves on reagent and sample amounts!

Takasago Electric Industry has developed and commercialized a zero internal volume structure that reduces the volume of the valve chamber to zero and minimizes liquid accumulation to the extreme. This design makes it difficult for liquids to accumulate inside the valve, preventing a decrease in purity due to cross-contamination. Additionally, the cleanability has significantly improved. With the total internal volume of the valve greatly reduced, the amount of reagents and samples can be minimized. Furthermore, an elastic material called Perfluor, which has corrosion resistance equivalent to Teflon, is used for the sealing parts. This also helps prevent leaks caused by scratches from foreign object entrapment. 【Features】 ■ Liquid accumulation inside the valve is minimized ■ Prevents purity degradation due to cross-contamination ■ Significantly improved cleanability ■ Reduces the amount of reagents and samples needed ■ No stagnant areas, making it easier to expel bubbles ■ Prevents leaks caused by scratches from foreign object entrapment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Original option "Soft Seal" / Solenoid Valve

Prevent leaks caused by foreign matter contamination! Equipped with an elastic material that excels in chemical resistance at the sealing part, this is a high-quality original option from Takasago that minimizes the occurrence of damage.

The most common issue with diaphragm valves using fluororesin is that foreign substances or crystallized particles in the fluid can cause scratches on the sealing area, leading to leaks. At Takasago Electric Industry, we have prepared an option called "Soft Seal," which uses a special elastomer known as perfluoroelastomer, renowned for its excellent chemical resistance, to minimize the occurrence of scratches in the sealing area. The chemical resistance of perfluoroelastomer is comparable to that of fluororesin, and it has already established a high international reputation for use with chemicals related to analysis and semiconductors. In addition to perfluoroelastomer, fluororubber can also be selected as the sealing material. 【Features】 ■ Minimizes the occurrence of scratches ■ Special elastomer with excellent chemical resistance is installed in the sealing area ■ Sealing materials can be selected from perfluoroelastomer and fluororubber *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Original option "Latch mechanism" / Solenoid valve

Reduce environmental impact! How about promoting green tech with energy-saving valves?

The "latch mechanism" utilizes the magnetic force of permanent magnets in NC (normally closed) type solenoid valves, which require continuous power supply to maintain an open state, thereby eliminating the need for power supply. Since continuous power supply for state maintenance is unnecessary, applications with long power-on durations using conventional solenoid valves achieve greater energy-saving effects and lower power consumption. Additionally, because continuous power supply for state maintenance is not required, it can reduce the heat generation associated with the solenoid. This makes it suitable for use in cases where temperature effects on fluids are a concern, such as in analytical fields. **Advantages of Latch Mechanism Valves** - Eco-friendly energy-saving valves - Low heat generation, reducing temperature impact on the surroundings *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
